Your mortgage should fit your goals— not the other way around.
I take the time to understand what you want to accomplish, then I help guide you toward the mortgage solution that makes the most sense.
Good mortgage advice starts before the application
It starts with listening.
Before talking about loan programs, rates or qualifications, I want to understand what you're trying to accomplish and what matters most.
Experience matters when things aren't simple.
The mortgage process doesn't always follow a straight line. Years of industry experience help me anticipate potential issues, understand the details and work through challenges when they arise.
Communication shouldn't be an afterthought.
You should know what's happening with your application and why. I'll keep you informed throughout the process and make myself available when questions come up.
Mortgage solutions built around where you're going.
Every mortgage starts with a different goal. Whether you're buying, refinancing, investing, or exploring your options, we'll start with what you're trying to accomplish and work from there.
Buying a Home
Whether it's your first home or your next one, I'll help you understand your options and find financing that fits.
Refinancing
Whether you're looking to lower your payment, access equity, or change the terms of your mortgage, I'll help you evaluate whether refinancing makes sense.
Investment Properties
Financing an investment property comes with different considerations. I'll help you evaluate your options with your investment goals in mind.
Don’t see your situation here?
Not every mortgage fits neatly into a category. Let’s talk about what you want.
Experience is valuable. Knowing how to use it matters more.
Before founding Steadfast Home Loans, I spent more than a decade in the mortgage industry, including nearly a decade on the wholesale side helping mortgage professionals navigate loans, solve problems and get transactions to the closing table.
That experience gave me an understanding of the mortgage process from a perspective most borrowers never see. It showed me that knowing the guidelines is only part of the job. Just as important is knowing what questions to ask, what to look for and how to work through challenges.
I created Steadfast to bring that experience directly to borrowers. I will deliver the personal attention, communication and accountability that the mortgage process deserves.
Driven by trust, focused on you
Questions are always welcome.

Not at all. You don’t need to know which loan program fits, or even be ready to apply. We can start with what you’re looking to accomplish, talk through your options, and determine the next step from there.
-
It depends. Some loan programs allow for little or even no down payment, while others may require more. Your options will depend on factors like the type of property, loan program and your overall financial picture. We can look at the numbers together to find out what your options are.
-
That’s often where experience matters most. Not every mortgage fits neatly into a box, and an unusual situation doesn’t automatically mean there isn’t a solution. I’ll take the time to understand the details, identify the available options and be straightforward with you about what may—or may not—work.

A mortgage broker can evaluate options from multiple lenders rather than being limited to one lender’s products. My role is to understand what you’re trying to accomplish, compare the options, and help you understand the tradeoffs so you can make an informed decision.
-
We’ll start by taking a closer look at your goals and financial picture, then discuss the options that may fit. If you decide to move forward, I’ll guide you through the application and documentation process and help you understand what to expect at each stage.
